Skip Tutorial or Disable Autolevel

Ok. I've noticed the game wasted 2 Power Points before you gain access to the menu to disable Autoleveling.

Is there a way to either skip the tutorial, or disable autoleveling -before- the game wastes those 2 points? I'd hate to have to waste my 10 free Platinum on a respec.

Instead of wasting your free plat on a respec right away take the time to unlock all the powers you can and see what your options are AND THEN RESPEC.
