Simply hideous compared to old vanity items.
I too will not be rushing to 71. I may get there by farming eventually, but its not on my to do list to get there fast, and I'm definitely not sporting that thing in game. Its worse then the OCD, and I wouldn't wear one of those if it suddenly appeared in my stash for free.
Right... just saw it in game... and it is... ermmm... peculiar... I guess theywanted to design something completely different from COP. It's moving as well so I assume this took some work and all so clearly, this is the result they wanted to achieve. From a design prespective, it is nice, it could have been used in teh background of some of the maps I guess. As a helm, well, errr... not so sure.
Words peeps were using in Balefort ranged from : 'Atrocious', 'awful' through 'ridiculous' and the likes.
