Just saw Tiki Warrior Swathe of Humanity drop from Tiki God in Devil's Coast. Lvl 66 Stats are same as other Humanity stats (29 str, 7 dodge, etc.) plus 14 damage and 73 armor.

Edit: could be 19 damage, can't read my own writing as I rushed to get stats down before the guy took off
