Pvp Killstreaks?

Lol 1 isnt a kill streak... And 3 isnt so hard. I'd say 5-7-10 kill streak 'rewards'

So it would barely work in pvp, maybe ctf but why not a bonus of speed for caps streak instead? For a time limit
