Warbirds are still birds technically....why would they be considered allowed in a bear tournament?
If you are talking about DTF's tourneys, he clearly stated the rules. If you enter as a warbird in either of them, he will just remove you.

cuz u must use dex gear and i use str gear but for ppl who use str gear they must be bears
these tournaments were poorly set up to keep warbirds out. Now that str gear is the best for 71 idk why anyone would like thse rules and they wont make a legit 61-66 tournament

He has already hosted a 60-61 Bird tourney. He is making this one different. If you don't like it, make your own. Not sure what you don't understand about this simple concept.
