Yeah, when Blacksmoke Mountain comes out, The Fire Forest will become the town for the new expansion and the Dragonet will be no more. At least, that is how I understand the current plan.

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if u change this again.

Even better, u might wait till I grinded to 500/500 and then give out the weapons to all lvl71s for free ^_^

500 ichors would take an eternity to farm especially for players like me who mainly rely on trash can punch(s).

even 250 would be better or every run u do u get one or every 2 runs, it just stinks sts never gives dates an stuff, i understand why it just stinks, obviously the Blacksmoke map isnt comin for a whileeeeeee, cause they wouldnt made so complicated if map was coming in 2weeks or so, its guna be impossible to get all 3, they should let the map continue for ever instead of removin when map officially comes out

It's a little ironic that sts states that its products are "Mobile MMOS" but just look at this Elite quest...its quite similar to "grinding MMOS".
500 is going to take forever..i'm only at 10%...*Sigh.

Hopefully techno or some other dev sees his and changes their mind :>

I rather like the count. The stuff doesnt look that great nor statswise really that better than the current Elites, so dont really understand the importance people are laying on this quest. Its not even tradeable.

Also I'd like to add, before elix rolled out attaining the level cap was only grinding. Run after run of the same maps till you achieve the goal.


I did not agree with the idea of a Limited edition quest but after reading a devs post, think it was Sam, the idea is to make this area a Towne so this quest can no longer be a part of the game after the update I dont really see it going through after that.

I would hope STS sticks to its word. Even I am only around 10-15% of the way through but thats the risk part would I be able to complete it in time. If I dont, well too bad, fair play to STS to atleast inform me that the quest was not gonna last after event.

I completed the quest 2 hrs ago. It takes a little longer then going from 66-71. It took me 3 days only because I wasnt rushing it like I did the 71 cap (which had a guild reward of a million for 1st finisher). What you guys have to remember is this quest isnt mandatory. The content in itself is the reward so enjoy the content and dont notice the drop count. Because if you do its depressing as you will go 15+ runs without a drop. So go in with a mind set that you are farming dragon gear and ichor happen to fall while farming.

I like the quest idea. A Cyber-like quest is definitely cool with me. The random drop thing is tough to deal with though. Even if you were guaranteed to get an Ichor every run, it would still take a long time. 500 runs is practically an eternity for most people. Does "elite" now simply mean you have a lot of free time? Because I remember when elite meant you had to be on top of your game, like when the Shadow Caves came out.

I am thinking of having a "Bad Beat" contest to see who was holding the most Ichors when the time runs to zero. Maybe the Dev's might want to sponsor, but I doubt it, since it is going to be such a hot button topic. Maybe I'll announce the contest when Sam announces time is running out so players can screen capture their Ichor numbers.
