My sorcerer will have magic atom fission blast
100 mile range
666k aoe dmg with stun, 1000% hit debuff, and push back
Also it heals you up to 9000% total health and mana and buffs your dmg 1000% and crit increased 110% and hit increased 80%
Most likely the sorcerer because of its long range attacking compared to the close range of the warrior and rouge, it might also have the heal advantage that enchantress and engineers have in the other games. In second place I would put the warrior because of damage and more health and just because that's what I'm going to use lol
The best class will be determined by the best to play that class and we don't know who that best person will be yet
idk im thinking rogue if he can turn invisible for a short amount of time plus he based on DoT poisons so idk if he cant go invisible then scorcerer no doubt

Hopefully there won't be an OP Class.
If StS have put a good amount of time into the game, balanced Class isn't much to ask for. Then it will FINALLY depend on the players skill not Class.
If that time comes I may take up PvP and show you all what I'm made of xD
Still trying to comprehend how 2k+ can die from Barrels O.o
There has been 1 of 3 sts games that I've seen very little whining, and that's DL we all have access to the same thing
(Correct me if I'm wrong). The chances of AL not having an op class is probably going to be very low.
Sig made by Arexos! Buying Phantom Bow set pm meh!
I'd agree, but still hoping since this will be "based" around PvP that they will put a little more effort into balancing the class. Esp with 10 v 10 planned, guessing if that's possible 20 FFA? Think you get the picture, but may be wrong, will only know when it's released and tested ourselves I guess.
Just hoping for a PvP, that isn't the same as PL/SL. (Can't say DL, because I've never tried and heard it's pretty good).
It's on like DK!

I hope they are some what equal, not (as bod said) an OP class, kinda like mages in PL.
Anyways, even if there is pvp, I will most likely not be participating. DL pvp is wat I'm talkin about brah x)
Thanks for the sig JeffSorrows!
Well I hope they include official guild wars.
I'll make Sorserer. do hit N run..
Well it is all about actual skills in the end but assuming by the images we have received I have a few thoughts based on other MMO games which I have played.
Sorcerer seems to have an advantage over warrior and rogue since by the info we have received it seems that sorcerer is the only class which has ranged type of weapon (wand). Sorcerers seem to be the ultimate kiting class because of it and sort of "birds" what we have in PL. But I still assume that Sorcerers do have some kind of mana shield ability (it is in every single MMO with a mage/priest kind of character) and I also assume that because of these two reasons (ranged wep + a "shield") sorcerers r going to have the least armor and hp. Usually Sorcerers have mediocre crit and bad dodge as their skills are already powerful. As we have seen from PL high mage crit has just lead end game PvP to be totally unbalanced in Mages favor. Not to mention that by our current info Sorcerers r the only class with a ranged weapon. High crit, shield, only ranged wep and high damage skills = so freaking op.
Warriors usually have some sort of "gathering" skill (= beckon) or a skill which rushes straight to the enemy. Alongside with highest hp and armor there usually comes the least powerful skills in term of damage but the CC-skills (crowd control) offer a warrior pretty neat survival skills in PvP. Warriors usually have high dodge to endure PvE CCing and that high dodge can turn any fight around, making the warrior the most annoying and unpredictable opponent. Easiest class to begin PvPing fo sho since u can just rely on dodging and spamming skills in no particular order. Drag enemy close/jump/run to the enemy and smash melee skills. Gf.
Rogue. This might be the most interesting class for STS veterans as this is the first class out of class specific STS games (SL and PL) in which the high single damage character doesn't have a ranged weapon. I assume that AL Rogue will be a traditional type of Rogue with stuns, stuns, STUNS, debuffs and devastating single target damage skills. Rogue is going to be the most deadly close combat character in AL but the only problem there is is that how do they get close to enemy? I assume a trapping skill like thorn root in PL could be an option but I can hardly imagine an invisibility type of buff since it would result Rogues to be incredible powerful in rushing. Join a game - invisibility - whacks unsuspecting enemies with deadly close range skills. Too op for pvp as the pvp maps have always been arena kind of areas. Rogues tend to have high crit and mediocre dodge. High crit to make the fast and devastating blows and as the most "agile" class Rogue tends to have some dodge. With the highest single target damage Rogues tends to be squishy and that extra dodge is needed. Rogue is going to be the most difficult class to begin PvPing as it requires very planned combos and situational reactions. Ofc if Rogues can use bows, it will turn the table once again.
Ofc these r only assumptions since we don't rly know a squat about the game. There r so many things which we do not know which have a huge effect in PvP (ranges, skill trees, other classes items available to use, actual skills, etc.) but one thing is certain: With 3 completely different classes the PvP will be unbalanced. There is always a class which stands out the rest especially in the endgame (mages in PL and engis in SL). Not to mention the lack of maintaining the PvP balance by STS. If things r going to stay the same way which it has been for around 2 and a half year, AL PvP is going to be unbalanced as well. There's no telling yet which class is going to be the op class, but if I had to bet, it would be Sorcerer just because Mages and Engis rule the other 2 STS games' end game PvP.

Hoping StS actually took the experience on from previous titles and seen what makes the PvP tick so to speak. Where they went wrong, and a way to take the time to make these classes balanced.
Also Class name change;
Sorcerer = Mage again.

I also hope AL is like DL pvp
easy, fun, and not annoying like the first two legends games
Thanks for the sig JeffSorrows!
People might have problems pvp because I'm guessing sorcerer has more range as you guys say but what a bout the other two they kinda don't have that much range

Seem to like the DL PvP style, but I'm sort of hoping there is no OP'ed class like the op in SL... That will totally make me sad. As for the class I'm going to pick, it might be the Sorcerer, sense it sounds a lot like the engi from SL if they have the healing ability. I seem to like PvE a bit more than PvP, although I am interested in both. Can't wait for this games release!!
