Awarded Free 7-Day Elixir, but Not There!

Hello,

I was given a push alert telling me my "Free 7-Day Elixir" was on all of my characters. I have gotten this in the past a couple times, and that was awesome. However, this time it appears that the elixir was not put on my characters!

My wife's account received the same push notification at the same time... but here characters DO have the free elixir. I don't know if it was a bug that caused me to not have it applied, but since I was told I had gotten it I would really appreciate it if I could get that. I can work up my alt characters this week, or if its not another double xp I want to finish my dragonet ichors on my main!

do u pvp sometimes I use mine and i guess it was a bug and I lost my elixir when someone killed me.
