Not a bug, frost armor has been dropping in the Swamps for a while. I'm not surprised it's in Skeller too.
some lost expedition players went to swamps and died, so the crocs swiped it off the corpse and shared it with the undead.

Me to I got a ummm Idk it was like a Mage frost helm I forgot what's it called
yea, i knew abot the swamp frost gear but had never seen or heard of skeller frost...wound up giving it to a mage in the party, even though i was gonna stash it and use it with my mage...it was a green lvl 26 wity the stats of a purp lvl 30(+)
