They should make some costumes droppable (lootable) in the holloween dungeon, but in this case they stay with you for a whole year till next halloween? Maybe as rare as like dragon vanities were before they added purples to the drop tables?

Nice new costumes this year. Hopefully that sheild we can keep. I guess that might be what you get after the missions this year instead of the pumpkin heads
