Dear STS,

i just bought Platinum for 10,99€ and allways get these msg on Title. But u took the 10,99€ from my Itunes Acc~
plz help me fast~

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulty with an iOS in-app purchase. You'll need to get in touch with Apple Support, as iTunes purchases are pretty much a black box to us and is handled by them.

tzzz are u serious i hve to contact Itunes now? They need week to replay.. i haf alot trouble wirh them alrdy because Order&Chaos Online and IMO: The World of Magic ( other idevice games ) they need ages to replay my mails.. is there mo other thing how to fix it..? Sry for my bad english ^_^

Sorry for that! Happened so many times when I was on iOS. They used to fix it fast, since it's a problem, a serious one. Android, should be your next OS!

so thats mean for me i get a refund from Itunes(maybe) but never can buy Platinum?

can i log with my iOS AL Acc on Computer and buy via Computer Platinum?

Funny story: i bought plat for PL, and didn't receive it. I contacted iTunes support and got a refund. A few months later, I suddenly receive 700 plat.
