Passives, Buffs, Elixirs dont stack?

I was wondering if your passive skills, pet buffs and your elixirs even stack together.

At the moment I have 5% Speed bonus (passive), 25% Speed bonus (Elixir) and 12% Speed bonus (Shiloh)

But I don't see any difference or improvements in speed compared to the 25% Speed bonus elixir.

Shouldn't it be 47% faster movement speed?

nope, ive stacked some speed ^^

Tested it out and did a race, turns out cap isnt 25%
