You answered/refuted your ownes statement. There is no such thing as a pvp king in PL. Every 5 levels it changes, and skill plays very little into the pve system.

However, with a 2h Weapon, I can swoop in with my Sunblessed Bow of the Void for an easier KO. You trade defense for offense.

(Which is my opinion, is a very good balancing maneuver. 1H Str weapons were outclassing everything too much.)

First, you must understand the nature of PVP with an Archer. IT'S ALL ABOUT A HUGE AMOUNT OF BURST DAMAGE AT ONCE TO KILL THE OPPONENT QUICK. Archers aren't good at sustained damage over time in PVP, so speed isn't a problem. The bow's huge damage advantage boosts the power of all our shot skills, making them hit so much harder. So it is a godly pvp bow.
