Where do you look for Level 15-16 Agile Lifethief?*

I'm pretty sure that that item is an elite item. You used to be able to obtain them from elite chests when the level cap was 16. Now, since the cap is 21, only level 20/21 versions of the item can be looted from elite chests. Now people under level 20 can't access elite chests, only regular chests, which do not drop elite items like that. The only place now really is the auction house or trading with someone if you want one.
