Sam says they come from
"Locked Watchman Crates"
and then
"locked Premium Watchman Crates"

Before I drop my 1300 plat (LOL), could you please clarify, is this the "Locked Grand Crate of the Watch" that have been dropping for a while, or is there a new "locked Premium Watchman Crate"?
