Purchased Platinum but didn't get them! >:[
Okay I just bought 30 platinum and I didn't get them! I had 6,19$ before and now I'm at 1,20$. -.-
When I bought it, it said "You already bought (or purchased) this app but it hasn't downloaded" or something and after it kicked me out of the game.
Please someone help me!

Hrm - you might want to try rebooting your device. It should complete any outstanding transactions when you log in to the game again.

The only other thing I can think to try is purchasing again and seeing if it pushes it through, but that shouldn't be necessary. The purchase never reached our servers, so it's supposed to remain in an unfinished state on your device until we confirm it. If that isn't happening, you'll need to contact apple/itunes support.
