No need for that, his damage will be lower, and as you see he mainly plays pve. They arent worthless, just they not an option for an end game pve mage.

I will add my 20 other skill points in this way:
1 to Recharge mana, 4 to arcane shield, except to displacement wave. For passive skills, I will add the rest to dmg, agility and knowledge. Any tips r welcome, ty!

I see u dont pick any from 3 strongest skills of sor: D:
- Time: Huge cc. Great farm-tool even without warrior u can kill most of mobs
- Lighting: high dam/ critical -> best for boss
- Ice: High dam + AoE cc (a better version of Fireball but Fireball still good since it's 100% chance AoE cc)

My build (just my idea, not the best):
- Fireball: Max
- Ice: 4/5 (dont take ice on ground)
- Shield: 4/5 (dont take push away)
- Time: 4/5 (take freeze time, count to death, timer bomb)
- Heal: 2/5 (take heal mp)

Pas:
- INT: 5/5
- Dam: 5/5
Dex: 5/5

Stragedy:
In combat, if there are a few enemies/ less dangerous enemy use Fire & Ice to stun them & attack with weapon. If enemy is many or dangerous, K.O them with FireBall then run into them, cast Time, run out, keep harassing with Fire/ Ice/ weapon when them were trapped in Time Freeze. I usually take Time/ Fire/ Ice/ Heal, when i feel enemy is too easy to 1-hit-ko me (ex: Boss, ..), change Heal to Shield
