Dont buy arcane weapon. It isn't useful anymore. Keep gold for gear when you hit 61. However you can buy arcane ring and then spend rest of gold to buy set 58/60. 61 set is costly and difference in stat isn't big anyway so you dont need spend that much if you PvE only.
