What gears do you use?

I assume the eyes have to do with the 6k+ hp?

The eyes help some, but its really the planar pendant and arcane ring that contribute a lot to the hp. Many forget or are unaware of the hidden (+) stats they posses. (See the photos below.)

I am completely gearless, also I don't have any pet equipped. The green numbers show the amount gain I should receive towards stats when equipped.
When I equip the items I have more stats than what was shown prior to equipping those items.

Yea, this is part of the reason I haven't switched to arcane pendant yet.
