He's immune to the stun for a short time after being stunned.

i mean:
when i kill tail or small head (even 1st tail) - sometimes hydra dont get vulnerable, and killed tail/smallhead respawning immideately and need kill it 2nd time to make hydra weaker

btw, it was when i was doing it solo, now tried with 3 more rogues, so we needed kill 1st small head 4x times to make hydra weak
