Bring Back 5 Level PvP Difference

Im sure that it was it was mentioned but maybe keep it the same for endgame and 71, but change it back to 5level difference 66 and below

I think the 5 level difference just encourages exploitation of the set differences between levels. Thus, I believe that 50+ should keep the level range of +/- 2 while all those levels below (because they don't have sets) should we switched back to the +/- 5 level differential. Yes, lower level PvP will be a bit harder, but it doesn't have the player base to sustain a +/- 2 level gap.
