How to: Make a Guild

Can you only be apart of a guild/create one by buying the character? I was hoping I could be added with some new friends ^.^ but can I only play with people who've bought a character. . . I feel like I just confused myself and others. . . .get what I'm saying?

You only need a charter to make a guild. And only the guild master needs to buy a charter.
