I want to experience the guild i have been in a low lvl guild since i started and hardly any1 is active, also i hate having to find a game with randoms i like working together with guilds.

Knowing you are recruiting high leveled characters I assume this is a high leveled guild. And I think it will make my playing experience a lot better. I think that's to keep the level of maturity and intelligence high. They have been one of the oldest guilds in PL for a reason, consistently on the leaderboards. Why? It's because of the guidelines they set. Thus, they have, AFAIK, hardly been in any guild wars/troll extravaganzas.
