Well with promagin's entry the button vanity above his head is in DotD sometimes and the coal balloon will probably be in the Christmas packs like the past 2 years. Also the coin shield he has can be bought from the cs. Plus the pirate shield is in DotD. So you could get all those still but the others are vanities that don't show up in DotD.
