Having more money to spend is just as unfairly advantageous as having a Founders or a 1.5 armor vanity. How will the new/poor participate? Limiting actual gear will show who possesses skill rather than ruin gameplay because of the gear reliants.

Vey obvious who will win. Why? Because that's how much gear is weighed down here. It is 70% stat based.
