your gear have to be the same as mine, 4kINT, a 400int difference is a lot.

The only way would be that your set does not have jewels and you have those 3.6k, if you have full jewels and you have 3.6k it is very low. Or that you have bad gems but your %int are the same or better than mine. Only in those cases could your offer be taken into account.
