Not sure that you can. Seems you have to delete an account to log into another...but maybe I am doing something wrong.
Anyways...I don't think there is anything wrong with pming a friend with the details. I do think putting your id on here leaves you open to constant spamming and unnecessary abuse. I know you can block people, but where personal information is in question I prefer to err on the side of caution. Just saying
