End Game Level 15 Founder's & Legendaries Stats

In the earlier Beta, dropped items scaled to lv16 (I capped on my Mage.)

I don't have access to the game as of now, but I would assume Founders items do as well. Might want to hold back until you hit 16 :P

If you are L8 you will recieve a L8 item. So many people are impatient though, thats why you see L7 founders staffs and whatnot in CS
