how much better will they be compared to the previously released new gear (of the same dragon expansion)? Drop rate will be a pretty decisive factor regarding the prices here, personally saying so.

Like I mentioned above, we recognize that there will be a fine balance involved in implementing this new plan. What we are working on is fine-tuning everything for the greatest benefit and entertainment for our players, including the increase in power and the timing of each new release.
