As a rogue, I have to say that malison is pretty trash...
Top tier pets are Horton, Flap and Wrath
P.S. I think ppl are forgetting Wrath has the extra 10%dmg ontop of Malison

Yes.. Have Flap may increase your DPS, but the amount is laughable compared to the combined spectrum of power that Mali offers. HP? Mana? (if you're a rogue, you already know about this) Crit???
