actually i think maxing out a debuff to 9 would be more helpful than putting more skill points into icestorm or rev
so lower frost and get more debuff

Debuffs are typically better for pvp fights 1v1 mage this cap will be good to have nightmare. However if you're doing 3v3 ffa in pvp debuffs will simply take up too much time. Ctf is similar, if you're after a support mage build you won't be in the middle of the fights so debuffs are typically useless. Hope this helps some

More then 1 rev is never recommended(lol), but extra icestorm is always a plus. You try what works for you I've tested and done them all.
