Feedback: Skill Revamp Phase II (Perks)

There seems to be a problem with mitigation perks. The rallying cry 10% mitigation and the mage 5% damage reduction shield perk and mitigation( if it's supposed to affect the mage as well)

Verified these are both working, and that the mage is affected as well.

Ses apologies for the confusion. I thought they'd give additional mitigation like the juggernaut perk and didn't see it gives stacking mitigation.
