Also K only have access to versus or practice mode,how can I obtain the others?

1- why i can't play solo ranked or team ranked ?
I see the options in grey and can't click on them ..

2- the price of the champions is really high, put them i don't know in 200k but 400k? just winning 3000 ? are u kidding ?
