Seirian sale was announced in game news some days before it happened, 1st menu when you log in game

I looked at the patch notes didn't see any mention of seirian being on sale
My bad i looked again at patch notes and yes seirian was on sale but i dont always read the patch notes. guess i missed my only chance to get one
