1) Talk to the alchemist in Kelys. He will give you a Parchment quest.
2) raianezz said the maps needed.

Dont be discouraged if you dont get the Parchments in your first few runs. It took some members in my party over 40 runs.

I'm pretty sure she was talking about the chance at looting the parchments. Btw, 240 is ridiculous amount to loot nothing.
