Have they stopped nominating these? As far as i remember there have been none in a while.

I think GOA isn't running anymore. You would need to speak to a current GOA first, like Apollo. There haven't been any nominations and they haven't been picked in a long time now.

Noone knows why or when STS decides on new GoA's. It is what makes our fraternity special.
