Chrome down? update/maintenance still? for 3 days?

Just wondering if it was just me or is chrome been down for a while now i am not able to sign in at all with chrome for like 3 days going on four, those guys saying to use older versions baloney it wont work for me its the servers its telling me. So if i can get help with this issue i would truly appreciate it cause i've seen no posts about it and alot of people are having this problem.
