There is actually a Special Platinum Offers, though I'm not sure why it's not showing on my other accounts and devices. You should try playing on tablet, it shows the discounted plats in one of my accounts.

Same prices but has increased of a decent amount of platinum like $1.99 for 15 plats instead of 10 plats, $9.99 for 135 instead of the regular 75 plats.

I have no idea how it works though, I mean, why it offers me special while my other accounts/device aren't.
