So, I have been bouncing around Victory Lap for a few days, and I have pretty much seen the worst of people in game. People kicking without even uttering a word, people trying to force you to do things that you know aren't the best tactics for bosses, and one person being down right rude after I kited and beat Gurgox essentially on my own and got called an idiot the entire time by a dead guy.
All I'm saying is that if you want to change the party dynamic by removing a member, just ask them to leave. 99% of the time I will have absolutely no issue with leaving because I don't want to waste my time trying 14 times to beat Plothozz for a trueshot bow as much as you don't want to waste your time. Also, if you have a spot saved for another person and someone jumps in, just tell them the deal and I would think most would leave.
A little politeness goes a long way.
