Hello there just about 20min I logged off sl . And when I tried logging back in(usually everything is typed on and I just click log in) it said my password was incorrect so I generated a new one . Well wen I logged in it sent me directly to make a character screen. Then I found out fireface,freezeface and iceface were gone(there not deleted as I was able to send them friend request with new character). Just wondering anyone know how to fix this? I sent sts a mssg but you know how they are ill get a reply like in a month

Its a glitch,happened to me in AL,got it fixed with the help of gnosis..
Keeping in mind it happened in sl,good luck bro,they dont reply to sl requests ..

How did you login? With e-mail or Facebook? Because if you made you account with Facebook, and you login with e-mail... you will need to make a new character using your e-mail address (but you will still have you Fb characters). To solve this just simply login with Facebook ;)

No problem, as mentioned above send them an e-mail but keep in mind that they will reply in a few days. It really depends, if the Devs aren't busy you'll get your reply in no time ;)

They don't even fix it. They finally answered and just copied and pasted "hello we gone ahead and change your password to ***" when that wasn't the problem? They don't even read what you send them I bet

You should try customer support again. Try to be clear and detailed as to what the issue is and include prior correspondence in your mail. Maybe they just misunderstood?
