Olde Yodeler's daily quests

Hello guys, I've been asking all day long and find no answer.
I have beaten the last of Nordr's bosses and tried to get the quests but the conversation I have with the Yodeler is:
"Good evening hero,

The townspeople grow more weary by the moment. Will you be the one to blow the Horn of Nordr, to signal our vivtory at Reaper's Pass?"

And the answer might be: "Perhaps"

When I click it, it kicking me out.

What do I have to do to start doing these quests?

you have to complete his quest, "Horn of Renew". to do that, defeat Alpha at mount spyr and blow the horn to the left of his room.
