I'm about to reach level 31, finally got those 26000 XP, my question is this.

When a new level CAP comes out goint from level 30 to 31 will no require 26000 XP right? It'll be 2600 points?

So when this level cap comes, a char in level 29 go to level 30 and 31 with 2600 the normal way, but what happens to a char that is level 30 has 13000 xp points for example?

Sorry if this was confusing, lol.

Thanks
Kuazzae

Asked that myself but cant give u an answer... Bu i guess the 13000xp will lead to the next level and u start with 0xp / 2600xp for the next one.

if you have 13000 exp points season 4

on season 5 itll be 1300.

take a zero out, on next expansion lvling from 30 to 31 will be 2600 exp points

So, let's assume your toon has 13,000 XP: That is half as 50% of the 26,000 XP cap, right?
So next season/cap you will already have leveled up this 50%, means you will already have 1,300 XP of 2,600 XP 'credited', they will not be deleted from,
but you still have to level up to the full level then, though.

On another example:
If you have 6,500 XP now (that's 25% from the current cap), then you will have in the next season/cap already 650 XP as 25% of 2,600 XP,
but you must also complete leveling here.

EDIT: The number of the next XP will be 10% from the previous XP cap number.
So:
(3) 30-31 = 26,000 XP
(4) 31-32 = 2,600 XP

For the simple answer they will divide you're current lvl 30 exp by 10.

Just do what I said.
And that is to get rid of the last number of your xp.
Example: 16000/26000 xp
Moved: 1600/2600 xp.
