platium Not work....?

Hello,i buyed First time platium for 9,99 and recived 0.
For 3days i sen Email To Support and create a ticket but nothing happend....how long i have To wait...?

If you can't purchase Platinum, try to:
1) Reboot your device (out-on) or just simply restart the game either AL/DL/SL or PL
or
2) Visit the Website Store and follow the steps.

Also make sure to check your bank / credit-card / G-Mail / AppStore / PlayStore account for the case that there were no invalid purchases or that you did not charge too much platinum.

Usually a reply from support takes a while to receive it just wait a little more. Don't worry STS takes such things really serious.

i have paid it,and got email from My email with The trans code. also i have Paid and still waiting.... Cant be true ;(
