get some engineer friends
Farm Vanities or tons of 1k credit weapons.
don't spend a single credit on stimpacks.
go on a 48 hour SL binge.

Napalm drops from hive boss (Queen),
but they drop very rarely, even with re-roll since Queen drops lots of other pinks and getting a dm&primed napalm is super hard, harder as vanities.


Although 6 months ago they dropped like hell.

If ur lucky enuf to hhave friends in a high lvl maybe u shud ask them for help so u can lvl faster and gain a heck ton of money.
