Platinum purchase failure?

Hi guys im sorry to bother with this is not sure if right forum but i tried to purchase a $20 platinum pack just then but the game disnt give it to me. When i tried again it said "you have purchased this item but it has not been downloaded into the game. Press ok to download now" whenever i try to press ok it does nothing but it still charged my account for the $20. When i try to access my account on my other ipod to check if the purchase went through it did not now i dont know what to do pls help thank you

This forum is for bugs and tech issues, not support or purchase problems.

If you can't purchase Platinum, try to:
1) Reboot your device (out-on) or just simply restart the game either AL/DL/SL or PL
or
2) Visit the Website Store and follow the steps.

Also make sure to check your bank / credit-card / G-Mail / AppStore / PlayStore account for the case that there were no invalid purchases or that you did not charge too much platinum.
