Arcane - Chance to freeze all enemies
I have decided to levelup Snaggletooth. The pet is currently at level 12 but I noticed that it is only freezing one enemy. Is anyone having the same experience or I need to level it up to 31? Also, the chance of freezing seems to be less than 1 percent. This might be OK but freezing one enemy at at given time doesn't seem OK to me.
