Recommendations for 20+ twink?

Anyone knows/can recommend a good skill set for a lv 25 Full Sandstorm set twink?(weapons: any lv 25 commando plat weapon.)

well wut I recommend is going to 26 and use a holo shield, way better than the L20 shields and is fairly cheap, plus since the sudden outbreak of L21s theres usually a game open, for skill build the one I use is
2-hammer
1-stomp
6-heal
0-singularity
1-slam
6-mass
2-kinetic
1-well
0-nebula
6-rage
also use a sergeants turbo pistol and a dodger implant, hope this helps! :)
