Hi I got a mythic helm but I'm level 30 I need 26000 xp? My idea is to make the mythic / arcane items equip level as 1 with the same status and upgrades at every expansion.

Wait, you want the endgame gear to be equipped at lvl 1? Correct me if I'm misunderstanding.
