ASTIG PHILIPPINES GUILD
Astig Philippines is a family guild in Arcane legends. We want to be one of the most successful guilds in Arcane legends by helping them level up, know about things, and help them reach their goals. Therefore we define ourselves as a family guild.
Requirements to join:
• Must be lv20 up
• Someone who knows how to speak tagalog.
• Serious and sure enough to join our guild.
Member’s rights
• As a member you are entitled to the full benefits of the guild. This includes, participating in guild events, the use of potions in guild hall which is cheaper than normal NPC, the use of our website and facebook group/page, the use of guild chat in-game.
• You have the right to speak freely about your concerns and suggestion.
• You have the right to ask question from officers/recruiters and guild master about the guild.
• You have the right to request assistance from guild mates in your quest. You are at the same time strongly encouraged to help your guild mates when in need.
• You are entitled to be treated fairly, equality and with respect at all times. You are bound to treat others in the guild in the same manner.

We strongly encourage you to pay attention to our guild guidelines. The following guidelines maybe the answer’s to your questions, kindly inform any officers if you don’t see anything here that will help you.
Basic guidelines
• If you are new here in our guild please edit our document member list in our Facebook group and add your in-game name along with our Facebook name.
• For basic information about our guild you can browse our guild files in our Facebook group
• If you have a friend that wants to join. Make sure she or he passed the requirements needed to join then send a private message to one of the recruiters on duty or by simply saying the name and the level in our guild-chat.
• We try to help every member here by having a rotational boosting everyday if you need help leveling up please post you’re in-game name here along with your character class and level:
• If you want to be promoted apply to our website using your yahoo mail account.
• We treat this guild as family, so try to call our guild masters Alicegail as “mommy” and Kapitantoot as “daddy”.
Event guidelines
• If you want to donate or host for the event contact our guild master “Alicegail”.
• There will be events every Sunday or Saturday try not to miss them.
• You cannot make your own event without permission from the guild master.
Officer’s guidelines
• An officer must be a good role model and example for other members.
• An officer must be willing to help others for boosting, achievements, and opening maps.
• An officer must be willing to join and cooperate when there will be meetings.
• An officer must be willing to help answer other members question about the game or the guild.
• An officer must be trustworthy and reliable.

GUILD RULES
In order to maintain the peace and order in guild, we decided to add rules. Anyone from the guild who fails to obey the following rules will be warned once after than if the member repeats the same misconduct she/he will be given a final warning, any further code of conduct violations may result in a permanent ban from the guild.
General rules
Basic rules
• You are required to wear our guild title at all times whether u like it or not.
• If someone wants to join kindly inform our recruiters.
• If you have a question kindly ask our officers or any members for answer.
• If you want to leave the guild kindly inform our officers and state your reason.
Behavior
• You are not allowed to beg, ask for, or force other members for money or items
• Extreme Sexuality/Violence is not allowed in the guild this refers to extremely violent real life actions- Pornography and life actions- Pornography
• You are not allowed to Impersonating officers or recruiters to post false information; this is extremely prohibited in the guild.
• Harassing or Defamatory is not allowed in the guild. This category includes insultingly refer to other members; result in ongoing harassment to other members. The idea behind this is to prevent anyone from consistently being uncomfortable in the Guild
• Inappropriate Language or obfuscated swearing is not allowed in the guild that includes swearing which is contextually understandable, removing a letter, replacing letters with * or another character, or changing the spelling slightly, will also be moderated. For example, the word "fsck"/g***
• Illegal Drugs or Activities is extremely not tolerated in the guild.
• Spamming and Trolling is not allowed in the guild This category includes; Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure non- sense, Creating Post for the sole purpose of causing unrest on the guild, Causing disturbances in the guild, such as picking fights, insulting other person- Making non-constructive posts.
Officer’s Rules
• Officers are not allowed to join member event. There will be a special event for officers for you to join.
• No abusing of your position. This category includes, threatening other members in any ways and kicking members with personal reason or without any reason.
• If a recruiter sends you a name and level see if that person wants to join pass the requirements needed to join our guild, if so reply “approved”.
• No fighting officer to officer this may result to demotion or worst kick out form the guild.
• Do not ask for a fee when helping a member. You are obligated to help them without any favors in return.
• No bribery. This category includes accepting money/platinum/items from anyone to be invited in the guild
