new npc like klaas or shazbot

i think the game needs another npc like klaas or shazbot in next update.
i believe this would improve the game because there are players out there that do not buy platnium,
and they also need an elixr for farming or playing pve or elite.
This would also help the mob of players that stand in front of klaas waiting for another free elixr.

Umm if he is the keeper of weapons!!!!! You can always get a weapon easily rare weapon mediumly epic and legendary items rare as Klaas gives the egg
